Purge your caching plugin (for example <em>LiteSpeed Cache \u2192 Purge All<\/em>) and your host\u2019s cache, then reload with <kbd>Ctrl<\/kbd>\/<kbd>Cmd<\/kbd> + <kbd>Shift<\/kbd> + <kbd>R<\/kbd>. Menus or settings changed by code or another plugin may not clear the cache on their own.<\/p>\n<h2>The menu doesn\u2019t appear in the header<\/h2>\n<p>Go to <em>Appearance \u2192 Menus \u2192 Manage Locations<\/em> and assign your menu to <em>Primary Menu<\/em>. With the header &amp; footer builder, also check that the header has a menu element.<\/p>\n<h2>Front page sections don\u2019t show<\/h2>\n<p>Sections only show on a static front page: <em>Settings \u2192 Reading \u2192 A static page<\/em>. Then check that <em>Customize \u2192 Front Page \u2192 Front page shows<\/em> is set to <em>Sections<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2>A Pro notice says the theme is missing or too old<\/h2>\n<p>Terrifico Pro needs the free Terrifico theme, active and up to date. Use the notice\u2019s <em>Install<\/em>, <em>Activate<\/em> or <em>Update<\/em> button.<\/p>\n<h2>The license won\u2019t activate<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Check the key for spaces, and that it isn\u2019t already used on as many sites as your plan allows; deactivate it on an old site first.<\/li>\n<li>Your server must be able to make outgoing HTTPS requests to hillcityweb.com. Some security plugins and firewalls block this; ask your host to allow it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>A demo import stopped<\/h2>\n<p>Open <em>Terrifico \u2192 Demos<\/em> again and continue; the import picks up where it stopped. On slow hosts, closing other admin tabs helps. If it keeps failing, remove the demo and import it again.<\/p>\n<h2>Elementor pages look boxed or have a sidebar<\/h2>\n<p>Check <em>Customize \u2192 Global \u2192 Container<\/em> (full width for Elementor pages is on by default) and the page\u2019s Terrifico Layout box.<\/p>\n<h2>Still stuck?<\/h2>\n<p>Free theme questions: the <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/theme\/terrifico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terrifico forum on WordPress.org<\/a>.
